Frances Salinas is a transformative senior living executive recognized for reshaping how communities deliver wellness, technology and integrated care. Before stepping into the CEO role at Peterson Meadows, Frances advanced through key leadership positions at Tabor Hills Senior Living in Naperville, rising from director of finance to CFO to CEO, building a reputation for operational excellence, data-driven strategy and steady leadership during times of change. Outside her executive work, Frances and her husband of 32 years enjoy traveling, golfing and exploring new cultural experiences that shape her leadership lens and global perspective.

Stephanie Cortes-Cruz leads key human resources initiatives at Peterson Meadows, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compliance and employee engagement. She joined the organization in 2022 with more than a decade of HR experience across for-profit and not-for-profit settings. Known for her approachable style and strong communication skills, Stephanie focuses on hiring people who go above and beyond for residents. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, is pursuing an MBA in human resources leadership, is SHRM-CP certified and enjoys painting and nature hikes with her family.

Alexandria Lueth, MHSA, CPA, is an empathetic health care leader with extensive experience in financial and operational strategy within senior care. She joined Wesley Willows as chief financial officer in 2025 bringing a strong background in financial integration, risk management, and organizational transformation. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Collabrios Health and Comprehensive Senior Care Corporation, including CEO and CFO, where she led financial turnarounds and guided operations through the COVID-19 pandemic. Alexandria holds a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hope College.

Brett Nelson joined Peterson Meadows in 2019 and brings decades of experience in accounting and finance. A Rockford native, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Illinois University and built his career at Amcore Bank and the Rockford Register Star. He was promoted to vice president and chief financial officer in 2021, earning his nursing home administrator license the same year, and transitioned to chief operating officer in 2025. Mr. Nelson serves on the finance committee and enjoys golfing and going to the movies.

Melissa Wright has been a valued member of Peterson Meadows since 2012, beginning as executive assistant to the president and CEO. She later served as director of Peterson Meadows and corporate sales and marketing manager before being promoted to corporate director of sales and marketing in 2024. Melissa leads all sales and marketing initiatives and works closely with senior living sales coordinators to serve prospective residents. She holds a certificate in geriatrics for non-Physicians, a nursing home administrator’s license and enjoys outdoor time with her family on their Belvidere farm.

Annie Boltz joined Peterson Meadows in 2022, bringing 23 years of culinary industry knowledge to our dining services programs. She is an American Culinary Federation multi-gold medalist and has a specialty background in French cuisine, having worked at several James Beard Award-winning establishments in her tenure as a chef. As the corporate director of culinary operations at Wesley Willows, Annie oversees the menus, events, regulatory compliance and fiscal responsibility of the dining services programs, ensuring the continued elevation of the culinary journey and food safety for our communities. Annie currently resides in Janesville, WI, with her family, two sons and beloved French Bulldog, Pearl.

Travis Gleinig is a senior technology and governance executive specializing in health care and senior living organizations. He joined the Wesley Willows organization in 2025 and works closely with the executive leadership team to align technology strategy with organizational goals, regulatory requirements and long-term sustainability. His experience includes enterprise IT strategy, cybersecurity and risk management, infrastructure modernization, data and analytics and AI adoption across complex, multisite environments. In addition to this work, Travis serves on the LeadingAge CAST Commission, contributing to national thought leadership on aging-services technology, and sits on the board of the Thrive Center, supporting aging services innovation and mission-driven growth.

David currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at Peterson Meadows. He is the Executive Vice President at United Stars, Inc.
