Choose from a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 440 to 1,600 square feet, many with options for customization. Each suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony or patio and ADA-accessible bathroom, along with complimentary laundry facilities on every floor and available underground heated parking. Willows Health & Rehab Center, located at Wesley Willows, is Medicare-certified and provides both inpatient and outpatient therapies under Medicare coverage. Most residents stay for a short time to recover from an illness, surgery or injury before returning home, though outpatient services are also available to Wesley Willows residents and the greater Rockford community.
